Teacher Kitchy gives pointers

Teacher Kitchy was hands on in this morning’s session with the scholars. The Acadreamians would be having their midterm exam tomorrow and they were determined to make a high mark. They listened attentively to the Overall Voice Mentor who provided tips for each in order to improve their performance.

To make room for interpretation, Teacher Kitchy didn’t allow them to listen to the original artists of the pieces they would have to sing. The scholars produced outstanding numbers once they own the song and bring in their personalities.

However, the Acadreamians still had technical singing difficulties. Cris slept late last night and had a husky quality to her voice. To make up for this, she sang loudly, which the Voice Mentor discouraged against. It wasn’t important to sing aloud but rather hitting the correct notes. Bunny on the other hand still had throat problems which required extra coaching time from the mentor.

Compared to the girls, the guys seemed to have gotten the hang of their piece. All seemed to have polished their technical singing and were left with incorporating their styles to the song. Bugoy was acknowledged by Teacher Kitchy since he trusted himself and was confident in performing. Who among the scholars would be getting a high mark for their midterm exam?
