On Uberture today, Monaliza Asuncion requested Bugoy and Liezel to sing a favorite song, “Hanggang”. The two had a headstart in performing their duet as they sang the love song.
The others though still needed to work on their duets. Christian and Laarni lacked chemistry and the Small Boy Wonder smacked Laarni’s back several times as they sang a romantic piece. Cris and Sen however pulled off their performance and on a scale of 10, Direk Joey gave them a 7.8.
The Performance Master emphasized the need for interaction during their performance. Apart from this, their blending should sound as though they were sharing a single personality.
For the next Gala night, the scholars would be given the chance to choose their partners. For Direk Joey’s class, Iñaki was Apple’s partner. But when they were given the go signal to change partners, Apple refused. Will this be the start of conflict between the two? And who among the scholars would have to jump ship to the other org?
